Zlatko Bukovac – CEO

Zlatko Bukovac is a Mechanical engineering graduate of Zagreb University and attended Marketing and sales studies at Princeton University, USA. He started his engineering and project development career in Germany, at Stuttgart-based Bauknecht, later to accept the position of Project manager for solar technologies at Končar Group, Zagreb.

He is the Manager (CEO) of Soltech, which he founded on 1990 and was involved in the early-day photovoltaic and solar thermal installations in Croatia, China and Germany. In 2000, Soltech has expanded its operations into the EU market, especially Austria, during a period while the regulatory framework widening in Croatia was still pending. Under Zlatko’s management has since 2013 developed a significant number of solar and cogeneration plants.

Ivan Salopek – Biomass advisor

Ivan graduated on the Faculty for Forestry in Zagrebu as engineer of wood technology. From 2010 onwards he was Manager of Eksid, a company engaged with technology integration and consulting in the field of biomass and the production of wood pellets. For the past 10 years Ivan is involved with pellet production projects as engineer, technology supplier and consultant. In 2018. is a licensed permanent court expert for wood products manufacturing and utilization technology.
